	WSGVAR's 2007 Affiliate of the Year is David Tran, Land America Buyers Home Warranty (l). Presenting David with the award is 2006's recipient, Cecil Lam, United Commercial Bank. F.Y.I. David is our first Affiliate to receive Affiliate of the Year twice. Nice job David.

	2006 REALTOR of the Year ... Carl Feldstein, Tri Omega Corp. Carl was WSGVAR's President in 2005 and brought Pat, his wife of 50+ years up to the podium with him to share in the celebration.
	2006 Affiliate of the Year ... Leticia Pomes, Allstate Insurance Co. in Temple City.
	President's Special Award ... 2006 President Lorraine Clark, Coldwell Banker George Realty/ Arcadia (l) presented Yolanda Martinez, North American Title Co. with a plaque. The plaque read "In recognition and appreciation for your unselfish devotion and dedication we thank you for outstanding and exemplary years given to the West San Gabriel Valley Association of REALTORS, Inc.
