New REALTOR® and MULTIPLE LISTING ONLY members are required to attend orientation within 90 days of acceptance of application.  

Each new member should attend the first available orientation class offered.  A Saturday class will be held once every quarter. 

New member must deposit $50 before attending the 4-Hour New Member Orientation program. $40 will be refunded to the member upon completion of the course, including successfully taking the final TABS Exam online.
