The Grievance Committee should consist of 9-13 members that have attended the Professional Standards course at least every other year. The hearing panel members serve on call and only (3) three members per panel serve at a time. This is not a fact finding committee. The panel task is to assume that if all facts presented are accurate has the named party/parties violated one or more of the REALTOR® code of ethics.
