The Committee should plan a “Long Range Strategic Plan” at least every three years with annual follow-up.  The Committee should consist of ALL Directors, Committee Chairs and Vice Chairs.

The Committee should have no more than four (4) major goals in keeping with the Association’s Mission Statement. 

The Incoming President will schedule a Long Range Strategic Planning session at least two (2) months prior to taking office.

The Board may or may not choose to pay a fee to the Facilitator for the session.
