President's Liaisons are members appointed by the NAR President to serve as liaison to each foreign cooperating associations. They are generally CIPS designees and, ideally, have some knowledge of their designated country's culture and language.  In 2010, John Wu, Chair of the WSGVAR Global Business Council, was selected as the President Liaison to Taiwan. In 2011, John reported his Taiwan trip to NAR as follows.
