If you pay your membership dues by credit card such as American Express, Visa, Discover, or Master Card, then download and fill out the form by clicking the Credit Card Authorization Form.
Step 3. Save and Send the REALTOR®, MLS Only, or Affiliate Application along with the Check or the Credit Card Authorization Form (if any) to:
