Professional Live Lectures/Online Education

Government Affairs program. This program works with local, State, and Federal governments to foster sound public policy in real estate. We meet with State Legislators to provide direct input on laws through our C.A.R./NAR legislative liaisons in Sacramento and Washington, DC.
Communications & Publications
The Association works to keep you up-to-date on real estate industry news and developments through a variety of publications - our weekly bulletins, the weekly e-update, and other communications to help you stay current and informed.
Marketing Meetings every Thursday
Networking begins at 8am with the session kicking off at 8:30am. Networking weekly at WSGVAR by attending our MLS Marketing Meetings every Thursday. This weekly meeting consists of Open House Tour, informative speakers in a variety of programs, and promotions of the agents’ house listings, etc. At each meeting, our Affiliates are invited to introduce themselves and their great company services. Association provides donuts and coffee for each meeting.
Media Relations
The Association fosters interactive relationships with local media to promote the benefits of using a REALTOR®.
