Welcome to the Affiliate Membership page! By joining as our Association Affiliate, you can:
- Attend our Breakfast Meetings every Thursday morning.
- Participate in all Association activities (July 4th picnics, Halloween parties, Chinese New Year, etc.)
- Your company information will be included in the Affiliate Handbook. The deadline to be part of this handbook is the end of February of the year.
- Participate in the Annual Affiliate Appreciation Luncheon.
Membership fee is $100 per year. The fee will be prorated to $50 if your membership is due after June 30th. Please note that there is a one-time $50 initiation fee.

| The Association accepts sponsorships for all of our major events - Home Fair, July 4th Family Picnic, Installation Banquet, Education Classes, etc. These events are a great way to get your name out into the real estate community.
