How to Fix Listings/Inaccurate Information in Zillow
- Login to your existing Zillow Account at www.zillow.com.
- If you don't have an account, you can create one by clicking on the REGISTER NOW link in the sign-in page.
- When creating an account, make sure you use the same email as you use in the CRMLS.
- Many large companies use Listing HUB and the listings are attached to the agent who has the listing automatically.
- If the listing has been correctly attached to the agent of record and the information is incorrect, then the agent can edit the listing throught the EDIT button. Note: check the CRMLS the listing originated from since most information come from the CRMLS.
- If your company does not use Listing HUB and it does not automatically attach to the listing agent, you can look up property by its address and use the EDIT button to "Claim" the listing.
- If another agent has claimed the listing, you will need to contact Zillow (866-327-4449) and they can assist you in assigning the listing to the correct agent.
- Anytime an agent has put bad information into Zillow, you can report them under the EDIT tab where there is a REPORT PROBLEM button. They will remove any inaccurate information after it is properly researched.
