Thank you for visiting the Open House Pitching Rules Web page!  To ensure everyone has an opportunity to pitch in the MLS Breakfast meeting every Thursday, we encourage you to follow the rules of the meeting below.

1. When the Program Chair announces the Open House Tour Pitch, you should line up in the DJ area of the Auditorium.
2. The Open House Pitching flyer must be prepared before lining up.
3. You must keep pitching to members not more than 30 seconds.
4. If the pitch is more than 30 seconds, the Program Chair will cut you off and allow the next member to pitch his/her property listing.
