Ling Chow
President

Ling Chow, 2023 President, has been working as a REALTOR® since 1995. Since then, Ling has served on numerous committees at the West San Gabriel Valley REALTORS® (WSGVR) and its Board of Directors.
As the 2010 WSGVR President, Ling led the first delegation to conduct the Trade Mission to Taiwan. She helped WSGVR build good relationship with Taiwan real estate associations and has helped maintain the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Ambassador Association to Taiwan since 2009. Today, she continues serving as Vice President for WSGVR. Ling was the WSGVR REALTOR® of the Year in 2011.
Ling has been a California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.) Director since 2005. She has served on numerous C.A.R. committees, which include C.A.R. Expo Advisory Committee, Global Real Estate Forum, Legislative Committee and Federal Issues Committee. She was the Vice Chair of C.A.R. Expo Advisory Committee in 2015 and Chair of the Global Real Estate Forum in 2018.
On May 21, 2010, Ling was awarded by California Assembymember Mike Eng.
Ling has also been a National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Director since 2022.
Ling has earned NAR’s Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation.
Ling was also the 2009 Chinese American Real Estate Professional Association (CAREPA) President.
Ling is currently the zipForm® Plus Certified Instructor and NAR REALTOR® Property Resource (RPR) Certified Instructor.

Shun Zhang, 2023 Vice President, moved to Los Angeles from Boston in 2001. She studied hospitality at the University of New Hampshire and has experience working in various industries including Luxury Hotels and Insurance claims. Shun is a professional REALTOR® for over 15 years and currently with Re/Max My Home. She has served as a member of West San Gabriel Valley REALTORS® (WSGVR), California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.), and National Association of REALTORS (NAR) since 2009 with an addition to being Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). Currently an active member in MLS Technology Committee, Legislative Committee, Chair of Global Business Council and Board of Director at the West San Gabriel Valley REALTORS®.
Prior extensive professional background is related to sales, services, and Data analysts for the luxury Hotel Industry. Shun has dedicated over a decade in the Real Estate Profession by helping local and overseas clients buying and selling property. She has a proven track record and is consistently recognized by Re/Max Platinum Club Award and most recently a prestigious Hall of Fame Award. In addition, Shun also brings years of real estate experience by providing excellent customer service, a commitment to work hard, listening to clients, and following through. Being open minded with everyone’s goals, she believes that there is no single approach that is right for every individual. Shun listens to her clients wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction and strives to ensure that the home buying or selling process is fun, easy, and stress-free. Brian Chen, 2023 Immediate Past President, started his real estate career in 1989 selling both residential and commercial properties. Besides being one of the top real estate salesperson Brian is committed to volunteering his time in organized real estate organizations. He has served on numerous committees including the Board of Directors of his local REALTORS® Association as well as C.A.R. Director. Brian is a past President of the West San Gabriel Valley REALTORS® and a past President & CEO of the Multi-Regional Multiple Listing Service (currently known as the California Regional Multiple Listing Service). Brian has also been a GRI Instructor and a Certified zipForm® Instructor for the California Association of REALTORS® and a frequent lecturer at the West San Gabriel Valley REALTORS® as well as an Ombudsman for the California Association of REALTORS® and the West San Gabriel Valley REALTORS®.
Brian Chen also served in the Professional Standards Committee and have presided over numerous Professional Standard Hearings at the West San Gabriel Valley REALTORS® is well-known for his high standards of professionalism, integrity and ethics; and is highly respected in the real estate community. He has been the recipient of the REALTOR® Associate of the Year and the REALTOR® of the Year awards at the West San Gabriel Valley REALTORS®.
Currently, Brian Chen is the Broker/Manager of Pinnacle Real Estate Group where he trains, supervises, and mentors 500+ real estate agents in his office. Brian is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
Yin Bihr

Yin Bihr is a past WSGVR President and a Broker Associate with Masters Realty in San Marino. She is active in advocating real estate-related issues and participating in real estate organizations on the local, state, and national levels.
Yin has been a member of West San Gabriel Valley REALTORS® since 1991 and served in and chaired numerous committees.
Yin currently serves as a Director at West San Gabriel Valley REALTORS® and California Association of REALTORS®. She was C.A.R.'s 2015 Region 16 Chair, representing West San Gabriel Valley REALTORS® and Citrus Valley Association of REALTORS® She will be in C.A.R.'s Executive Committee in 2024.
Yin was appointed by 2016 NAR President, Tom Salomone, as the NAR President's Liaison to Malaysia. She was also appointed as the 2016 Vice Chair of CIPS Advisory Board at NAR.

Lorraine Clark

Lorraine Clark is a REALTOR® Member of West San Gabriel Valley REALTORS (WSGVR) and has served on numerous committees since 1979. She was acknowledged by her peers as “Associate REALTOR® of the Year” in 1997, “REALTOR® of the Year” in 2007, Presidents Awards 2008 and 2012, California Association of REALTORS® Outstanding Committee Chair 2012 and she was most recently named a C.A.R. Director for Life. Her many involvements include CRMLS President 2009, MRMLS Director 2003-2011, NAR MLS Committee Member 2008-2010, C.A.R. Ombudsmen 2010-Present, C.A.R. Region 16 Chair 2009, Legislative Key Contact for Assemblyman Mike Eng 2007-2012, C.A.R. Nominating Committee 2010 and currently the Chair for CRMLS Nominating Committee. Her “crowning accomplishment” is her family. Lorraine has 2 daughters, a son, a godson and 10 beautiful, very smart and talented grandchildren.
She is also the President of the West San Gabriel Valley Association of REALTORS (WSGVAR) Foundation.

Pauline Lam has been working as a REALTOR® with KoTai Realty, San Gabriel since 2002. She has earned an Outstanding Agent Award annually.
Pauline has earned CIPS, CRS, GREEN, Real Estate Masters, GRI, TRC, Green, and REBAC designations certified by National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).
Pauline is serving as 2021-2022 Board of Directors of the West San Gabriel Valley Realtors®, Co-Chair of the 2021 Education Committee and member of Global Business Council, MLS/Tech Committee, Grievance Committee and Special Events / Membership Committee. She has been a member of the West San Gabriel Valley REALTORS® since 2002.
For CA State leadership, Pauline Lam is serving as 2021 CAR State Director. She currently serves as “Southern California Education Chair” and “Regional Network Director”, San Gabriel Valley area of California Residential Real Estate Council (CA RRC/CRS). Locally, She also serves as 2021 Vice President and 2019 past President with the Chinese American Real Estate Professionals Association (CAREPA), one of the non-profit organizations in the community.

When there is Will, there is way. William Wei of Pinnacle Real Estate Group is based in Arcadia, CA. He is a 15 years veteran of the real estate industry and has represented clients all over Los Angeles, Orange, and San Bernardino counties in various types of real estate transactions. William has built a solid foundation of clients in this community through his professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put his client’s needs first. He studied Business Administration with Accounting concentration at California State University, Fullerton and afterwards began working in commercial lending and commercial/residential real estate developments. Passionate about residential, multi-family, and business investments, William has continued to leverage his know-how and experience to exceed his client’s expectations. Active in the community, William Wei is a proud part of the Taiwanese American Chamber of Commerce’s effort to foster a positive professional and entrepreneurial spirit and to create business opportunities. In his free time, William is an avid volunteer and hiker. Spending time in the mountain trails all over southern California together with his friends and family as well as his cat is never something William takes for granted.

Tomas Wong is a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker George Realty, Alhambra.
He has been a valued member since 2000. He joined the West San Gabriel Valley REALTORS® in 1988 and became a full-time Residential and Commercial Real Estate Agent in 2015, specializing in Multi-family properties. In addition, he has completed designations and certifications including CIPS, E-PRO, GREEN and Smart Home.
Tomas is the 2021 and 2022 WSGVR Director. He is also the Chair of the Legislative Committee.
Tomas graduate from North Eastern University in Boston Massachusetts with a B.S in Engineering and worked as a Software Engineer for over 20 years, working with A.F.I.S and Animation. He has always been passionate about real estate and finding ways to learn and apply the best software tools available in the market.
Tomas, is a trilingual, fluent in Spanish, English and Chinese. He is a longtime resident of Monterey Park, establishing the city as his home in 1988. His hobbies include Tennis, golf, and any sort of outdoor activity.
His life mantra is to “treat others with respect the same way you would like to be treated in life”.
