The West San Gabriel Valley REALTORS® (WSGVR) has been established since 1922, representing over 3,000 REALTOR® members. WSGVR is the Voice of Real Estate for the Los Angeles County & San Gabriel Valley areas serving the communities of Alhambra, Rosemead, Monterey Park, San Gabriel, and Temple City.

Our membership is composed of residential and commercial REALTORS® who are brokers, salespeople, property managers, appraisers, and others engaged in the real estate industry.

Our mission is to advocate and enhance the interests of REALTORS®; to promote adherence to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and professional competency of members; to safeguard and preserve private property rights, always mindful of cultural backgrounds within communities.
