The West San Gabriel Valley Association of REALTORS® (WSGVAR) has been established since 1922, representing approximately 3,000 REALTOR® members.  WSGVAR is the Voice of Real Estate for the Los Angeles County/San Gabriel Valley area serving the communities of Alhambra, Rosemead, Monterey Park, San Gabriel, and Temple City.

Our membership is composed of residential and commercial REALTORS® who are brokers, salespeople, property managers, appraisers, and others engaged in the real estate industry.

C.A.R. is urging members to call their senators today to voice their opposition to SB 329 (Mitchell), which forces ALL rental property owners to participate in the voluntary Section 8 housing program by entering into a legally binding contract with a government agency – the provisions of which may be extremely difficult to fulfill.

WASHINGTON (May 21, 2019) – Existing-home sales saw a minor decline in April, continuing March’s drop in sales, according to the National Association of Realtors®. Two of the four major U.S. regions saw a slight dip in sales, while the West saw growth and the Midwest essentially bore no changes last month.
