The West San Gabriel Valley Association of REALTORS® (WSGVAR) has been established since 1922, representing approximately 3,000 REALTOR® members.  WSGVAR is the Voice of Real Estate for the Los Angeles County/San Gabriel Valley area serving the communities of Alhambra, Rosemead, Monterey Park, San Gabriel, and Temple City.

Our membership is composed of residential and commercial REALTORS® who are brokers, salespeople, property managers, appraisers, and others engaged in the real estate industry.

LOS ANGELES (Aug. 16) – California’s housing market backpedaled in July on an annual basis for the third consecutive month as higher interest rates and rising home prices eroded housing affordability and dampened demand, the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (C.A.R.) said today.

In coming weeks, C.A.R. will be launching its plan to help pass Proposition 5, C.A.R.’s Property Tax Fairness initiative, and defeat Proposition 10, the effort to repeal the landmark Costa Hawkins law.
