The West San Gabriel Valley Association of REALTORS® (WSGVAR) has been established since 1922, representing approximately 3,000 REALTOR® members.  WSGVAR is the Voice of Real Estate for the Los Angeles County/San Gabriel Valley area serving the communities of Alhambra, Rosemead, Monterey Park, San Gabriel, and Temple City.

Our membership is composed of residential and commercial REALTORS® who are brokers, salespeople, property managers, appraisers, and others engaged in the real estate industry.

WASHINGTON (May 14, 2019) – Inventory increased and metro market prices rose in the first quarter of 2019, but at a slower pace than the previous quarter, according to the latest quarterly report by the National Association of Realtors®. The national median existing single-family home price in the first quarter was $254,800, up 3.9% from the first quarter of 2018 ($245,300).

LOS ANGELES (May 14) – More Californians could afford to purchase a home in the first quarter of 2019 as lower mortgage interest rates and cooler seasonal home prices combined with higher income levels to improve California housing affordability, the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (C.A.R.) said today.

This Friday, President Donald J. Trump will address the National Association of Realtors® at the Realtors® Legislative Meetings & Trade Expo in Washington, DC.
